The Vinopolitan - 2011 Hilton Beijing Food & Wine Experience

BEIJING - With more than 2,000 booths introducing well over 1,000 different labels of food and wine, the Vinopolitan, Hilton Beijing Food & Wine Experience XIV has made its curtain call on November 12th, 2011. Hilton Beijing dedicated the entire day to a spread of local and international wines accompanied by delicacies from all over the globe. This highly regarded event has drawn more than 3200 visitors this year, making the experience bigger and better than ever.
The event not only brought Beijing’s food and wine connoisseurs together but also visitors from around the world – anyone wanting to learn more about this fast emerging consumer market was welcome. Masters such as Ch’ng Poh Tiong, international acclaimed wine critic, Fongyee Walker, renowned wine consultant and trainer, Frankie Zhao, wine consultancy owner and Jun Trinh, Chef and host of the Travel Channel, were invited to the tasting challenge and seminars and shared their valuable insights with the thirsty wine enthusiasts who had gathered for the event.
