Hilton Worldwide Appoints Jerome Luciani As General Manager, Villahermosa & Conference Center

MCLEAN, Va. - Hilton Worldwide today announced the appointment of Jerome Luciani as general manager of the 220-room Hilton Villahermosa & Conference Center. Jerome Luciani will report to Danny Hughes, senior vice president, Caribbean, Mexico and Latin America, and will oversee property operations at this conference center hotel in Villahermosa. Luciani joined Hilton Worldwide in 2004 to fill his most recent role as director of food and beverage, Hilton Cancun Golf & Spa Resort.

With more than 20 years in the industry, Luciani began his career in service training at a historic hotel in Porquerolles, France. Since then, he gained valuable operations and food and beverage experience at a number of hotels throughout Europe. Luciani also acted as hotel division manager, Mexican Caribbean, for a hotel and restaurant equipment supplier, followed by a stint as food and beverage director for a catering firm in Cyprus.

Luciani holds a degree in hotel management from The Lausanne Hotel School in Switzerland as well as a degree in international trade. He is fluent in French, English, Spanish and German.
