AUCKLAND, New Zealand - Hilton Hotels & Resorts today announced that it has been named in New Zealand Hotel Of The Year by Roy Morgan Research and ranked number one in customer satisfaction for Travel and Tourism companies.
Throughout 2012, Roy Morgan Research surveyed over 12,000 consumers across New Zealand. Based on their responses, each month Roy Morgan Research awarded the Hotel, Domestic Airline, and International Airline with the highest proportion of satisfied customers.
Winning eight of the twelve months, Hilton led the pack in 2012. With the hotel market in New Zealand becoming more competitive each year, hotels have had to distinguish themselves on customer service. And Hilton Hotels & Resorts has come out in front.
