MCLEAN, Va. - Hilton Hotels & Resorts has announced its annual Brand Awards of Excellence winners in the Americas.  Each year, Hilton honors properties for outstanding performance in multiple categories across marketing, food and beverage, housekeeping and brand culture.

The coveted Connie Award, named in honor of brand founder Conrad Hilton, is based on excelling in four key areas, including quality assurance audits measuring cleanliness and property condition, customer scores rating staff service and guest loyalty.
